Michael Fisher
MANAGING PARTNER
Michael co-founded Silvermine in 2023. Prior to Silvermine, Michael spent 15 years in lower middle-market private equity and investment banking, most recently as a Partner at Varsity Healthcare Partners. Before joining Varsity, Michael was a senior investment professional at Enhanced Equity Funds, and he started his career as an Analyst at Cowen and Company.
Michael graduated from the University of Richmond and resides in New Canaan, CT with his wife, three young children, and beloved black lab, Perry. In his spare time he is an avid golfer and devoted sports fan, particularly of Ohio State football, Houston Rockets/Astros and Everton FC.

Matt Raimondi
MANAGING PARTNER
Matt co-founded Silvermine in 2023. Before Silvermine, he spent seven years at Cobepa SA, a middle-market private equity firm with a $5 billion evergreen investment pool. At Cobepa, Matt helped establish their U.S. presence and played a key role in launching their New York City office. Prior to his time at Cobepa, Matt worked at Audax Private Equity, a middle-market private equity firm. He started his career as a management consultant at The Parthenon Group.
Matt graduated from the University of Pennsylvania and resides in Wilton, CT with his wife and their bernedoodle puppy, Marlo. Beyond his professional commitments, Matt actively contributes to his community by serving on various volunteer boards, including as Chairman of Wilton's Board of Finance.

Craig Collins
OPERATING PARTNER
Craig joined Silvermine as an Operating Partner in 2024. Prior to Silvermine, Craig spent over 30 years in the Digital Infrastructure, Tech and Media Space. His experience spans ILEC’s, CLEC’s and MSO’s in the Wired and Wireless arena, having run businesses ranging from $50M - $1B+. Most recently he served as the CEO and Board Member for Logix Fiber Networks out of Houston, Texas and has led large operations in companies such as AT&T, Verizon, Charter/Spectrum (formerly Time Warner Cable), XO Communications, SunGard and Transit Wireless.
Craig completed his undergraduate studies at Penn State University and received his MBA from Georgetown University. Additionally, he serves as an Independent Advisor for GroopView, a technology business focused on mobile devices dual-camera functionality.
Craig and his wife Allison reside in Bella Collina, Florida. In his spare time, he enjoys reading period novels and history books, when he isn’t exercising or golfing.

Norman Leben

Norman is an accomplished four-time CEO and Founder, recognized for his pioneering contributions in the financial services sector. With a proven track record of transforming concepts into successful businesses, he has delivered over $3b in value to both private equity and NYSE-listed investors. Norman is a trusted advisor to executives across industries, a reputation earned over decades of leadership.
Norman began his career in accounting, auditing, and tax, founding Dalessio, Millner, & Leben, a full-service accounting firm. He later launched DML Fund Services, DMLT, and Gen II Fund Services, which became industry leaders in back-office accounting, administration, tax, technology solutions and compliance services for the private equity sector.
In addition to his executive roles, Norman has served on the Board of Directors for numerous high-growth, private equity-backed companies. He has held key leadership and oversight positions, including serving as Chair for the Audit, Finance and Risk committees. Additionally, Norman serves on several nonprofit boards, contributing to their missions with dedication and commitments
